Hamilton denied these claims in a statement on Instagram, saying: "I have never asked anyone on my team to be dismissed. These claims surfaced while Hamilton faced many challenges in the past week. He sustained serious damage to his car during the Spanish Grand Prix practice due to an accident and was repeatedly instructed to stop the car, but he continued to strive to return to the track.

In the meantime, Hamilton also mentioned his tensions with his teammate, Charles Leclerc. At the Italian Grand Prix, Hamilton was forced off the track due to Leclerc's mistake, leading to a heated confrontation. After the incident, Hamilton stated: "Charles pushed me off the track." However, he expressed satisfaction with having open and clear discussions with Leclerc in recent days, considering it a sign of maturity and a healthy relationship.
Hamilton also spoke about his relationship with Fred Vasseur, the team principal of Ferrari, noting that both sides have differing opinions, but ultimately reach an agreement to find solutions. He pointed out that good communication within the team can lead to greater advancements.
