Need for Infrastructure Improvement
At the management level, discussions are also underway regarding the improvement of the club's facilities. The Oval Park training ground is relatively basic by Premier League standards, and the old stadium stands are still made of wood. Pinchen noted that they are exploring options for developing the training ground and facilities around the stadium, but emphasized that these efforts require investment and careful planning.
In this regard, Leicester City is also looking to acquire new land or share facilities with other clubs. Pinchen stated, "We are looking to create the best conditions for player training, and all options are on the table."

The club acted quickly to secure his future and prevent a transfer threat to Saracens.
