Laura shared a photo of herself in her hospital bed in an Instagram post, writing: 'Ten days ago I had a hysterectomy after an adventurous journey with adenomyosis (the lesser-known sister of endometriosis, which on average takes 9.4 years to be diagnosed).' She also mentioned her recovery and expressed hope to return to work soon and start a new project, a podcast.
