Todd Boehly, Mark Walter, and Hansjörg Wyss jointly held 38.5 percent of the shares in the English Premier League club, while the remaining 61.5 percent was held by ClearLake, led by Behzad Iqbal and José E. Feliciano. In a statement released by the club, it was noted that as part of this transfer, ClearLake also purchased Mark Walter's share, thereby gaining full control of the club.

Behzad Iqbal, recognized as one of the main owners, has continued to be a key and active figure during his tenure at Chelsea.
